It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The property is in the Umbrian countryside near Guardea. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Guardea is 1 km away; the Orvieto motorway exit is 25 km away and the Attigliano exit is 20 km away. The Tyrrhenian Sea at Montalto di Castro is 97 km away. The property has views toward the Tiber valley and Lake Alviano; these views do not indicate lake access.
