The house

The updated home has hardwood floors throughout and an open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace and a smart HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, dishes, a coffee maker and a blender. A spacious deck has a gas grill, and a hot tub provides a place to relax outdoors.

The primary bedroom and third bedroom each have a king-size bed, a Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and granite-topped vanity. The primary bedroom also opens onto a balcony with views of Sierra Blanca. The second bedroom has twin-size beds and a Smart TV. A separate full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a granite-topped vanity.

Air conditioning, multiple ceiling fans, heating, a washer and dryer, fresh towels and linens are provided. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

Restaurants, shops and art galleries in Ruidoso are minutes away. Area activities include skiing at Ski Apache, hiking and mountain biking in Lincoln National Forest, summer horse racing at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, and exploring the historic buildings and museum at Lincoln Historic Site northeast of the village.
