House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature accepting the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable, and additional cleaning will be arranged with payment collected. Long-term stays are allowed. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
Walking access to skiing and town, with ski shuttle service available. Paid valet parking is limited to two cars and operates from 06:00 to 23:00. The Gore Creek path runs beside the resort.
