Listing description
The house has one apartment on the ground floor and another on the first floor, allowing two families to stay together while retaining separate living spaces. Each apartment has a furnished terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea for outdoor meals. Part of the ground-floor terrace forms a coastal crossing area, where people may occasionally pass by.
Each apartment has an open-plan living room and kitchen, with a sofa, two armchairs and satellite television. Both kitchens have electric hobs and cooking equipment; a microwave and coffee machine are also provided. Each apartment has two bedrooms with wardrobes and fans: one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. A bathroom with a shower serves each floor. Both apartments have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and highchair can be provided.
