Villa Virginia is a renovated old drying kiln with two floors, terracotta floors in the living area, parquet in the sleeping area, exposed ceiling beams and a brick archway connecting the kitchen with the living room. The property has a 5,000-square-metre enclosed garden with fruit trees, pine trees, lavender bushes and olive trees.

It has chlorine purification, Roman steps, a cold-water outdoor shower and a stone solarium with pergola, umbrella, deckchairs and a brick barbecue. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

The villa is 6 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Access includes 100 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The pool is reached from the house by large stone steps. Three uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property.

The property is available for lease only. Pets are accepted on request. The property is entirely enclosed. Three dogs are kept in an enclosed area not visible to guests.
