It has chlorine purification, Roman steps, a cold-water outdoor shower, a stone solarium, pergola, umbrella, deckchairs and a brick barbecue. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

The Tyrrhenian Sea is 6 km away. The property is reached by 100 metres of unpaved road in good condition. There are three uncovered parking spaces inside the property. The pool is reached by large stone steps.

The property is rented exclusively and no other guests will be present on site. Pets are accepted on request. The pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Three dogs are kept in an enclosed area not visible to guests.
