Virgin Seabreeze has a main house and a separate guest house connected by brick pathways and patios. The villa has a great room, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining, a gazebo, gas BBQ, terraces, tropical gardens and views of Reef Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Reef Bay Beach is a 15–20 minute hike from the villa, and Cruz Bay is 4 miles away or a 15-minute drive.

Reef Bay Beach is a 15–20 minute hike from the villa. Cruz Bay is 4 miles away and a 15-minute drive. A vehicle is needed, and a jeep rental is recommended for the Reef Bay region. The villa has numerous stairs, including stairs from the parking area to the main level. North-shore National Park beaches are an 18–20–25 minute drive away.

Children are welcome, with outside-access bedrooms. Christmas/New Year's arrivals on December 23, 24 or 25 may be subject to a minimum number of nights. The loft area is accessed by a ladder. Damage above the stated accidental-damage coverage is the guest's responsibility.
