The house has a small garden, several terraces and a barbecue, with direct neighbours. Each floor has a large dining room with a TV and access to a porch or terrace, connected by a breakfast bar to a kitchen with a gas cooktop. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave.

Each floor has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds, plus a bathroom with a shower. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, from which the upper solarium terrace is accessible.
