## About the house

The living room combines classic furnishings and antique paintings with a decorative fireplace that must not be used. A modern kitchen leads to a skylit dining area with an extendable table and eight Perspex chairs, overlooking the patio garden. The garden has an outdoor sofa.

Each of the three bedrooms occupies its own floor. The top-floor principal bedroom has scenic views and an ensuite with a walk-in shower and bath. The second bedroom has sash windows; its floor also has a modern bathroom with marble surfaces and a walk-in shower. The basement bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and a large ensuite. The bed inventory comprises two queen-size beds and one double bed.

The equipped kitchen includes a cooker, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, Smart TV, DVD player, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants.

Veeve provides a personal welcome, professional cleaning, hotel-quality linens and towels, and complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. Subject to availability, additional services can be ordered: baby cots and high chairs, early or late check-in, late check-out, airport pickups and private transfers, bespoke welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towel and linen changes, and additional bedding or pillows. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire.

The bedrooms are on separate floors, including a basement bedroom. Kensington Olympia, Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith stations are within easy strolling distance. Kensington Olympia serves the Overground, Shepherd's Bush the Central Line, and Hammersmith offers access to Heathrow Airport.

No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. Do not use the fireplace. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
