It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is in the municipality of Fermo. Salvano shops and services are 2 km away, Porto San Giorgio is 4 km away, Fermo is 6 km away, and the Adriatic Sea at Porto San Giorgio is 5 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Two covered parking spaces are available inside the property.
