## About the house

Villetta Tisbe accommodates six guests. A large veranda leads into the living room, which has a dining table, decorative fireplace, television and sofa. The separate, equipped kitchen includes an oven, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and moka coffee maker. One bathroom with a shower opens from the living area, and a second bathroom with a shower is in the sleeping area. A hairdryer and washing machine are available.

The sleeping area comprises one bedroom with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with single beds and a pull-out single bed each. The beds in the latter two rooms can be joined on request. Air conditioning is provided by a unit installed exclusively in the hallway, serving the whole house. Wi-Fi is available.

Outdoor spaces include two gardens, one facing the sea and one behind the house, and two verandas with outdoor dining tables, a barbecue and deck chairs. There is also an outdoor shower. The driveway entrance and driveway parking area are shared with the neighboring Villetta Piramo.

Ostuni's historic center includes the Cathedral, Piazza della Libertà and the S. Oronzo column. Nearby excursion destinations include Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino and Alberobello. Brindisi and Bari are the closest airports to Ostuni, with stated journey times of 30 and 60 minutes respectively.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
