## About the house

A porch leads into a large living room with exposed beams, sofas, armchairs, a dining table and TV. The separate equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka coffee maker, fridge and freezer. On the entrance floor are a double bedroom with a ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower and a utility room with a washing machine.

An internal wooden staircase leads to the second floor, with a second living room containing a French sofa bed and an attic double bedroom with a private shower bathroom.

Outside, a large pergola has a barbecue, sofas, deckchairs and a dining area. A gate provides exclusive access to the private beach. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer and mosquito nets are available.

Cefalù's attractions include the Norman Cathedral, the archaeological exhibitions at Museo Mandralisca and Rocca di Cefalù, with medieval castle ruins at its summit.

Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, depending on local regulations.
