The house

The villa accommodates up to nine guests across four bedrooms and has two bathrooms. The street-side outdoor area has a table, chairs and barbecue area. At the rear, a sea-facing outdoor space has a dining area, sun loungers and stairs leading directly to Ficarazzi beach.

The ground floor contains a living area with a table, chairs, sofas and TV, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to three upstairs bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single bunk beds, and one with a double bed and a single bunk bed. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available.

Palermo Falcone and Borsellino Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car. Renovation work at the neighbouring building may cause daytime noise. A tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
