Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies with local regulations. Booking-related information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa airports are approximately one hour away by car; Como station is approximately 40 minutes away.
