The house

The villa accommodates six guests in three bedrooms with three queen-size beds and has three bathrooms. The garden is furnished with sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area. A portico surrounds the ground floor.

The ground floor contains a spacious living room with sofas and a TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which has a double bedroom, a small walk-in wardrobe, a further bathroom and a terrace with lake views and a dining area.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and juicer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, fans, a hairdryer and a shower are available.

Bellagio's historic centre has shops along narrow stepped alleyways, passages and porticoes. Nearby places to explore include Villa Melzi, Villa Serbelloni and the lakeside hamlets of Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo. Monte San Primo has a network of paths for trekking. Bellagio has ferry connections to Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. Orio al Serio airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car.

Arrival by car is recommended because taxis and public transport for short local journeys are unavailable in the accommodation's area. A tourist tax may be required before or upon arrival, with the amount determined by local regulations.
