The house

The villa has a veranda overlooking the garden and two entrances: a driveway entrance and a pedestrian entrance. The living room contains air conditioning, a sofa and a dining table. A separate equipped kitchen and the living room both open onto the outdoor space. The furnished garden patio provides space for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the third has a bunk bed. There are two indoor bathrooms, including one with a bidet and shower.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television, fans and a hairdryer. The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer.

The first sea access, on cliffs, is less than a 10-minute walk away. Catania airport is approximately 75 km away.
