The house

Villetta al Plemmirio is one of four villas in a residence with a shared automatic entrance gate, communal parking and an additional reserved parking space. A pathway leads to the villa's exclusive outdoor area, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with succulents and large shade trees.

A porch leads into the living room, which has two single sofa beds available on request, a dining table and a TV. The separate kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, oven, espresso machine, moka pot, fridge and freezer. The living area opens onto a paved outdoor space with a picnic table, umbrella and deck chairs.

The two bedrooms contain a queen-size bed and a bunk bed respectively. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and mosquito nets are provided.

The surrounding region offers beaches including Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche. Ortigia has the Zefiro and Nettuno solariums and the free beach Cala Rossa. Cultural attractions include the Greek Theatre of Syracuse, the archaeological park and Ear of Dionysius, the Paolo Orsi museum and the Latomie dei Cappuccini. Other places to explore include Noto, Avola and Marzamemi. Catania Airport is 72 km from the accommodation.
