Facilities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, cable TV, a hair dryer, a security safe, a resort gym and a pool shower. Housekeeping is provided, and watersports are available by request.

No smoking anywhere on the property. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
