Before you book
House rules
No smoking anywhere on the property. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
Getting there
Direct beach access is available from the condominium complex. Payne's Bay is the named beachfront location. The size of the beach changes with the tides. The apartment is on the third floor, with an elevator and a single-level interior. Restaurants, cafés, spas and a supermarket are within walking distance in Holetown. Speightstown is 20 minutes north.
