House rules
Maximum six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; no refund applies within 30 days.
Getting there
Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs in this split-level home. Salt Pond is within walking distance. Shopping, dining and beaches are an easy bicycle ride away. Walk or take the seasonal trolley into town; Bethany boardwalk is one mile away.
