The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, with open-concept communal living on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and two twin beds. The living room has board games, a wall-mounted Smart TV for streaming, and an electric fireplace. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. A washer and dryer are available in a common space.

The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. The breakfast bar seats three and the dining table seats six. A private back patio has a four-seat table and two Adirondack chairs. Free high-speed Wi-Fi supports remote work, schooling and streaming.

Community facilities include seasonal full-size and children's pools, tennis, pickleball and a playground. The pools open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Salt Pond is within walking distance, with a dock for launching a kayak or paddleboard to explore the Assawoman and Bethany Beach canals. Shopping, dining and beaches are an easy bicycle ride away; bring or rent bikes. Walk or take the seasonal trolley into town. Bethany boardwalk is one mile away.
