House rules
Check-in is at 2:00 PM; early check-in is by request. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Parties, events and excessive noise are prohibited unless planned before arrival. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in public areas. Keep the property clean, dispose of garbage in designated areas, and report damage promptly. Do not store personal items in common areas or feed wildlife. Use reef-safe sunscreen and bug spray. Turn off lights and air-conditioning when not in use. Avoid flushing wipes or other non-biodegradable items. Visitors may not use common areas without prior approval. Excessive cleaning incurs a $250 fee per unit; guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Getting there
West Bay beach is 120 steps down a garden path. The resort is near West Bay and West End. Parking is not included; see the parking fee and permit conditions.
