The first-floor apartment has a terrace and is in a building without a lift. The living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV and opens onto the dining area. A bar separates the kitchen from the living and dining space.

The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning: one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a washbasin and bathtub. A separate laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.

Cala Pi Beach is a white-sand cove surrounded by cliffs, with opportunities for swimming and snorkelling. Walking routes lead towards Cala Beltran. Talaiot Capocorb Vell is a few kilometres away; Es Trenc and Ses Covetes beaches can be reached by car. Golf Son Antem has two 18-hole courses. Recycling bins, water-efficient taps, LED bulbs and double-glazed windows are provided.
