The house

Villas at Poipu Kai B111 offers 1,644 square feet of single-level living space surrounded by tropical gardens. The open-plan living and dining area has tropical décor, plush seating and a smart flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a private covered lanai with outdoor dining and garden views. The indoor dining table seats six.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and cooking utensils.

All three bedrooms have garden views and central air conditioning. The primary bedroom has lanai access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has an ensuite full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a ceiling fan. The third full bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Shared resort facilities include a community pool, community hot tub, fitness center and BBQ areas. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, an umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards are provided. The villa also has complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, free on-premises parking, a private entrance, satellite or cable television, a hair dryer and an iron. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
