## About the house

The three-floor villa has large living areas, a TV room, reading room, billiard room, veranda, equipped kitchen and garden. The property is about 900 m from the Mura Medicee and 2.5 km from the historic centre of Arezzo. The San Fabiano farm estate is about 200 m away. Guests have exclusive use of the park and pool when the villa is rented in this solution. A wine tasting is included, and a chef may be requested for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The pool area has umbrellas, tables, chairs, sunbeds, gazebos, a changing room and two bathrooms with showers.

Wireless internet connection is provided.

The property is about 2.5 km from Arezzo's historic centre, the A1 motorway is about 13 km away, and Arezzo railway station is about 4 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The pool is reached by a short flight of steps.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation and agreed terms. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals are present. Heating and electricity are payable locally, and tourist tax may apply.
