If those dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty equal to 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the booking schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.
