The house

Village Nest accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including a second-floor bedroom in the guest house. The home has three full bathrooms, one half bathroom and an outdoor shower. One bedroom has separate outdoor access.

Interiors feature vintage furniture, framed artwork, wood floors, a formal living room with a usable fireplace, a dining area, breakfast nook, kitchen, home office and attic studio. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, toaster and blender.

The gardens contain three outdoor seating areas, custom lighting, a patio with table and chairs, lounge chairs and a charcoal grill. The private heated gunite pool measures 11 by 13 feet and has a bluestone surround. Two adult bicycles and beach chairs are available.

Job's Lane is one mile away, the village center is 1.3 miles away and Cooper's Beach is 2.3 miles away. Southampton town is within walking distance, and Cooper's Beach is an easy bike ride away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
