The infinity pool is an irregular 10 m by 5 m pool with a depth of 1.20–1.50 m. It has six steps into the water and is open from May 1 to October 31. The pool is a few steps from the house and is bordered by a tiled solarium with sun loungers.

Marinella beach is 11 km away. From the large gate, access includes 200 m of a well-beaten white road through the olive grove. Private parking is outside the property. Castelvetrano shops and services are 4 km away, and the Castelvetrano train station is 5 km away.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property within the estate is not fenced, although the 30-hectare estate is fenced with 2 m-high metal mesh and poles. Parties and events, and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit, are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets require prior request and additional cleaning.
