It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Pool heating is charged according to consumption.

Ortano Bay and its sand beach are 1.5 km away; the access includes an unpaved road. The access road to the gate is a dirt road for 800 metres and is not suitable for sports cars. Parking is uncovered and inside the property. The property is on a hilly site with an external staircase to the roof terrace.

The property is for lease only. Parties and events, and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit, are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed; extra cleaning is mandatory for animals. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
