Check-in is from 15:00 and must be completed by 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability. No events or parties are allowed. Outside guests are not permitted. Commercial photography requires prior arrangement. Guests are asked to secure valuables in the safe deposit box. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.

The villa is near Nunggalan Beach, Nyang Nyang Beach, and Uluwatu Temple.
