The sunbathing area has loungers and umbrellas.

The villa is in Torri del Benaco, in the hills, and is reached via the scenic road connecting Albisano to San Zeno di Montagna. The property has a private paved stretch of about 300 metres, and access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is reached by stairs. Torri del Benaco is 5 km away; Lake Garda beaches are 9 km away.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Heating is available at an additional charge. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals stay.
