Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens and bath towels are provided. All four bedrooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning and closets. The first bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom; the third has a queen bed. Outside are a private heated outdoor pool, an uncovered patio with seating, a table and umbrella, two lounge chairs, a gas grill and a fire pit. The backyard is fenced, and free parking and a garage are available. Horton Point Beach and Duck Walk Vineyards are nearby. Kenney's Beach and Goldsmith's Inlet are minutes away. If the property is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire.
