The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
