## About the house

The villa has contemporary furnishings in neutral tones, a living room and lounge opening onto a covered terrace, and bedrooms decorated with natural textures and plants. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee facilities and Nespresso machine, with a dining table and barbecue facilities.

Outdoor spaces include a private heated infinity pool, a heated outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the Aegean Sea, a private terrace, veranda and an outdoor fireplace on the central patio. A fully equipped sea-view gym is available. Pool sunbeds, umbrellas, pool towels and beach towels are provided; beach sunbeds and umbrellas are also offered.

Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, soundproof windows, cable/satellite and flat-screen television with movie and sports channels, music, a safe, closets, full-length mirrors, bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a washer, and an iron and ironing board. Daily maid service, turndown service, a welcome drink, guest laundry and laundry/ironing services are available.

Airport and port transfers and massages carry an extra charge. Babysitting is available on request at an extra charge, and a doctor is available on request. Non-smoking rooms are available. Pets are permitted on request, and parties require a separate agreement.
