## About the house

The villa has contemporary, minimalist interiors in natural earthy colours, a bright living room with a large window, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The main living area connects to the private heated infinity pool and a sun-protected outdoor terrace. Outdoor spaces include a private terrace, veranda and an outdoor heated Jacuzzi with unobstructed views. Pool sunbeds, umbrellas and towels are available.

A dining area seats up to 10 people. The modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee facilities and a Nespresso machine; barbecue facilities are also available. Other amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer, an iron and ironing board, satellite television with movie and sport channels, music, soundproof windows and a safe. Bathroom amenities include a shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers; beach towels are provided.

Daily maid service, turndown service and a welcome drink are offered. Laundry and ironing services are available. Airport and port transfers and massage carry extra charges; babysitting is available on request at extra charge, and a doctor is available on request. Parking is available. Pets are permitted on request, and non-smoking rooms are available.
