This is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed. A security deposit of €2,500 is pre-authorised on the provided credit card the day before arrival and released after departure if there is no damage. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional cost. A mid-stay cleaning with towel, toiletries and linen replenishment is included for stays of 14 nights or more.
Getting there
Sa Riera and Illa Roja beaches are a 15-minute walk away. A car is needed to fully enjoy the area. The villa has private double indoor parking. The elevator connects the garage with the main living areas.
