## About the house

The semi-covered private terrace has a table, two chairs and two cushioned sun loungers. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a semi-firm mattress, two pillows per person, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, bedside USB outlets, reading lights, bedside tables, wardrobe storage, a safe and sleep masks. The private bathroom has a hot-water shower, hairdryer, toiletries and mirrors; bath and pool towels are provided. Daily cleaning is included and covers bed-making, towel changes, bathroom cleaning and emptying bins. A TV with a Claro box is available; Netflix and Prime Video require your own accounts. Shared estate spaces include a two-level swimming pool with outdoor shower, an outdoor spa with shower and mood lighting, a Pacific-facing lookout with telescope, a natural three-level waterfall and a rancho with an equipped kitchen, barbecue, tables, TV and foosball. The spa is shared with only one other casita when occupied. The grounds include tropical gardens and a play area with a slide, trampoline and zip line. Wildlife such as monkeys, toucans and coatis may be seen. Views from the lookout include Isla del Caño, Corcovado and Uvita Bay with its Whale's Tail.

After leaving the Costanera, access is via a passable track. Roads inside the property are paved. An SUV or 4×4 is recommended, especially during the rainy season.
