The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It occupies a private gated waterfront lot at the end of a quiet dead-end street. Private chef service is included for stays of four nights or more, with one full chef day per two nights stayed. Groceries cost extra.
Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining and gathering spaces, a desk overlooking the water, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outdoor areas include a pool, seating, a grill and an outdoor bar kitchen. There is also a workout room.
Located on Placencia Lagoon in Maya Beach, Placencia, Belize. Maximum eight adults within the ten-guest capacity.
