## About the house

The villa combines Mykonian architecture with minimalist decor, wooden elements, built-in furnishings and original artwork. Construction was completed in 2022. Views extend towards Delos, Naxos, Platis Gialos bay and Scorpios, with sunset views from the pool area.

The two-floor main house accommodates five guests and includes a living room, TV area, indoor dining area and fully equipped built-in kitchen. Its sleeping accommodation has sea and pool views. Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided in the main house. The adjacent guesthouse has independent access, accommodates three guests and has a sea-view suite. A sofa bed is included among the villa's amenities.

Outdoor spaces include a front terrace with lounge chairs, sun beds and a large dining table, wooden pergolas, a private balcony or terrace, a veranda and a landscaped cactus garden. The private heated pool has pool towels available.

Other facilities include a writing desk, parking, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee facilities, soundproof windows, a safe, hairdryer and ironing equipment. A baby cot and babysitting are available on request. Services include airport or port transfers, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance, massage and a doctor on request.
