The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A changing room has a bathroom and two hot-water showers.

The villa is in the hamlet of Chero, 3 km from Carpaneto Piacentino. Piacenza is 20 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The property has up to 5 parking spaces inside and up to 10 outside. The pool is reached by a few stairs from the veranda or by a wide gravel path along the side of the property.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events, or visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The event room is available on request for an additional fee. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
