The irregular, triangle-shaped pool measures 10 x 6 m and has a maximum depth of 1.50 m. It has resin lining, chlorine purification and a metal access ladder. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The adjacent solarium is partly paved and partly lawned and includes sunbeds, a hot-water shower and shaded seating.

The villa is in Cerasolo, part of the municipality of Coriano, 12 km from Rimini and 2 km from Coriano. Rimini seafront is 12 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The main entrance and pool area are reached by a few steps, the mezzanine bedrooms are reached by eight steps, and all floors are connected by a large wooden spiral staircase. Parking is limited to two cars.

The maximum occupancy is six guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Sauna use costs an additional fee and requires at least 48 hours' notice. The property is for lease only.
