The property has a private outdoor pool measuring 10 m by 4 m with a depth of 1.6 m, plus a shallow section measuring 4 m by 2.8 m with a depth of 35 cm. The indoor pool measures 4 m by 2.5 m with a depth of 1.2 m and is not heated. Outdoor pools are closed and drained from 1 November through 30 April because of weather conditions. The pool area includes a private garden, sunbathing area, shower, four sun loungers, a parasol, a swing and a barbecue. The pool is described as partially sheltered.

The villa is 15 km from Kalkan centre via the Üzümlü-Akbel road and 21 km via the ring road. Patara Beach is 15 km away and Saklıkent is 20 km away. The road to the villa includes a section with an incline. Nearby facilities listed include a mini-market and restaurant 2.5 km away, the sea/beach 13.5 km away, bus stops 4.5 km away, a hospital or health centre 2.5 km away, and the centre 15.5 km away.

Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are unavailable from 1 November through 30 April because of weather conditions. A deposit of 10,000 Turkish lira is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found.
