## About the house

The villa accommodates six guests and has a main living and dining area with new furnishings, plus a separate Chinoiserie-decorated studio for reading or relaxing. Each bedroom has ensuite access. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and both guest bedrooms have queen bedding.

A fully equipped kitchen sits near the dining area. The dedicated laundry room has a washer and dryer. Provided essentials include dish soap, detergent, hand soap, paper towels, tissues, toiletries and trash bags. Staff are included. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, a safe, hair dryer, hot water, satellite or cable television and a speaker system.

Outside, a dining table sits beneath trees and string lights, and a lanai or balcony overlooks the golf course. The villa has a private pool.

Registered guests receive access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses with advance tee times, Fitness Center and Central Romana Medical Center services. Resort access also includes towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach. Resort registration and separate fees apply.

The villa is beside The Links Golf Course, with views across the 11th hole. Access to Minitas Beach and the main hotel pool is available through resort registration.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. An 18% service fee and separate Casa de Campo resort fees apply. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. All guests must complete resort registration before arrival and provide the required guest identification information. Registration fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4.
