The pool is 20 m from the villa, has an irregular cloverleaf shape, an area of 80 sq m, a depth of 0.40–2.20 m, Roman-step entry, a hydromassage area, sunbeds, a canopy, small tables and an outdoor shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is 4 km from San Pantaleo. Beaches including Cala dei Ginepri (8 km), Rena Bianca (10 km) and Liscia Ruja (13 km) are reachable by car. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. Parking is inside the property for up to six cars. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Heating is available at an additional daily charge. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
