This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The maximum occupancy is 14 guests, including the stated two extra guests. The owner lives in a separate wing with an independent entrance. The tower is not suitable for children, elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
Getting there
The villa is in Romola, in the municipality of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the Chianti Classico region. Florence is about 10 km away and is reachable by car or public bus. The access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is about 20 m from the villa and is reached via the lower terrace. The nearest stated beach is the Tyrrhenian Sea at Livorno, 80 km away. Parking is available for up to six cars.
