The villa has original Renaissance frescoes, coffered ceilings and painted walls. It includes a panoramic veranda, several living and dining areas, a pergola-covered dining area, terraced gardens and an olive grove. The owner lives in a separate ground-floor wing with an independent entrance and does not use the garden or pool.

The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, about 20 m from the villa on the lower terrace. It measures 12 x 5 m, has a constant stated depth of 1.50 m, chlorine purification and access by metal ladder. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The solarium has sunbeds and a gazebo with a table and chairs.

The villa is in Romola, in the municipality of San Casciano in Val di Pesa. Florence is 10 km away and is reached by car or public bus. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is reached by a route with a few steps. Parking is inside the property for up to six cars.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Heating is available at an additional stated daily charge.
