Smoking and pets are not allowed. A security deposit of 500€ is pre-authorised on the supplied credit card the day before arrival and released after departure if there is no property damage. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and at an additional cost.
Getting there
Local amenities are within a 15-minute walk. Pollença is within walking distance via a rural lane with no street lighting; a torch is required after dark. The lane is partly unpaved and quite bumpy in places, particularly on the approach to the villa. A car is required to fully enjoy the property and area. The nearest beaches are a short drive away, and the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains are nearby. The accessible orchard is naturally kept rather than manicured.
