The swimming pool is on a terrace about 3 metres above the villa's main level, reached by a marble staircase. It measures 6 by 10 metres, has a constant depth of 1.40 metres, built-in entry steps and chlorine purification. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A heatable whirlpool tub is available in all seasons at no extra cost.

The villa is about 12 km from central Verona. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The property has parking for up to four cars. The swimming pool is reached by a marble staircase and is about 3 metres above the villa's main level.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The property is not fenced. Up to one small-sized pet is allowed.
