House rules
No pets are allowed. Pool heating is optional and costs an additional 500 EUR per week or 71.43 EUR per night, as shown in separate sections of the page. A refundable breakage deposit is required. A booking fee and tourist tax apply.
Getting there
The villa is 150 metres from the bay area and seafront and approximately 3 minutes' walk from the sea. Palma and the international airport are about 40 minutes away by car.
