What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 until 24:00. Check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bed. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
What are the cancellation terms?
If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged. Payment of 100% of the booking item amount is charged.
